Today our MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) visited a local firehouse. The firemen were very nice to take time out for all our kids. The kids got cool firemen hats and got to sit inside the fire engine. Anna thought it was great but Luke wouldn't have anything to do with a strange man putting him in a strange truck. Go figure? 
So.... Luke found what he thought was a cool manhole to play on (see above). He is starting to stand in place and make a jump like move but his feet don't leave the ground. He finds this very entertaining. The kids had fun and the moms learned some tips on fire safety...it was cool!

Look how big Luke is! I can't believe it! I'm sure Will wouldn't have let a stranger pick him up either. He prefers most things in toy size - the real thing is usually just a little too intimidating. :)
